Technology that sees the world in living color

Standard ColorCode type 0When you discover something that's truly original, truly groundbreaking and perhaps even revolutionary, you're obligated to share it with the world. And when it has the potential to change the way the world does business, you're obligated to make it marketable.

We started ColorZip™ because we believe that ColorCode™ technology is the most exciting mobile content delivery and management system ever imagined.

It is the only technology in the world that allows any device with a CCD/CMOS camera and an Internet connection to read color-coded images and instantly download music, video and data from a server.

ColorCode™ creates a link between analog and digital media.

Developed by researchers at Korea's Yonsei University, ColorCode™ is the world's first two-dimensional code system that integrates both online and offline, analog and digital components.

It allows a camera to recognize indexed codes, which are in turn linked to data. The matrix of blocks and analog data pertaining to the number of colors are digitized and then processed by a dedicated server using addresses registered for the codes.

A typical ColorCode™ interaction flows like this: First the ColorCode™ is authenticated. Next the number associated with the code is transferred to the server. Finally, the content is transferred to the mobile device or PC.

ColorCode™ produces an infinite number of possibilities.

Standard ColorCode type 1ColorCodes can be as small as 1 square cm, and as big as your imagination. A ColorCode's™ pattern potential is determined by the number of color cells it encompasses. In a standard, four-color 5 x 5 cell code, more than 17 billion patterns can be created.

ColorCode™, which is based on encoding and decoding algorithms, is actually three types of codes: ColorCode™, GrayCode™ and Numeric Code.

ColorCode™ is fast, simple, flexible and affordable.

What makes ColorCode™ technology so exciting is its speed and simplicity. The ColorCode™ decoding technology remains stable in a wide range of environments. Depending on the device, an exceptionally high recognition rate-even in low light, low contrast situations can be achieved. And because it places little burden on the CPU or memory functions, ColorCode™ is an easy and affordable application for any device with a digital camera.

At ColorZip™ SEA, we're on a mission to bring the world a bold technology with the power to link everything.

ColorZip™ SEA and ColorZip™ Media are the developers and sole proprietors of ColorCode™ Technology, the most exciting content delivery medium ever imagined. ColorCode™ Technology is the only patented technology in the world that allows mobile phones and PDAs to read color coded images and instantly download music, images and data from a server.

COLORZIP APPLICATIONS CONNECT PEOPLE

m2_1.jpg
Say good-bye to one-dimensional media. ColorCodeTM Technology is the platform that brand managers and marcom consultants have been dreaming about: a flexible, real-time, interactive content delivery system that provides up-to-the-minute data on usage.

With ColorCode’s™ every appearance of a brand becomes an opportunity to engage consumers and make a lasting impression by delivering valuable content to them.

How does it work?   m2_2.jpg

The key is the ColorCam™ application that reads a color pattern and sends the information to a dedicated server, which then sends back digital content. In 2006, ColorCamTM was winner of the Best Enterprise Application in the Forum Nokia Pro Award.

ColorCode’s™ can be read quickly and easily by mobile phones, PCs, and other devices equipped with cameras. All that's required is a CCD or CMOS camera with only 100,000-pixel resolution. And ColorCode’s™ work with the latest mobile platforms, such as Java, Symbian, Microsoft Mobile, Linux and even Brew.
