    Wireless Learning Trails

ColorZip SEA provide wireless learning trails using ColorCode technology.

A wireless trail is a flexible learning environment, based on the concepts & principles of cognitive learning. Wireless Trails are built upon a flexible learning environment, consisting of real educational problems and their solutions, found from real world situations.

Using ColorCode™ technology students can be "removed" from their normal, day-to-day schooling environments and be immersed into new environments, be it outdoors or even in the digital world. All these exposures will prepare them better for real-world learning and problem solving.

Questions and answers, stored in a central server, are provided in a flexible manner depending on the configuration of the ColorCodes™ so different learning environments can be generated. Teachers can also design different learning objectives and set various forms of answers which can be linked back to those learning objectives.

Wireless Trails also provide support to track and time the student’s performance. Performance data is accessible and manageable at any time and from anywhere and answers can be viewed in real-time, managed by authorized personnel during and after activities.

Wireless Trails are able to generate reports to show both overall and detailed performance data and activities can be changed on a real time basis depending on the performance/abilities of your students.

Wireless Trails includes many powerful features, of which some of them are:

    • Ability to store and retrieve questions and answers, in various forms, for each learning environment.
    • Ability to organize the questions into groups or stations and into each Trail’s environment.
    • Ability to upload media in the form of images and videos to be incorporated into the questions of the learning environments.
    • Ability to allow for various types of answers including; numbers and words, concatenated values (multiple numbers and/or words), multiple choice questions, blind multiple choice questions.
    • Ability to create and manage student or team access credentials
    • Generation of Trail Documents which include all stations and ColorCodes™.
    • Generation of reports (overview and detailed).

Wireless Trails are unique in providing the following advantages:

    • Students can be tracked, timed and their performance measured.
    • Performance data can be accessible and manageable any time and from anywhere.
    • Answers can be viewed in real-time, managed by authorized personnel during and after the learning experience.
    • Reports can be generated to show both overall and detailed performance data.
    • Adaptation of learning experience; learning experiences can be changed depending on real time inputs, for example, the performance of students can cause the automatic adaptation (e.g. simplification or complication) of the learning environment in which the students are working.
    • Interactions between the students and/or teams of students can influence the learning environment in real time (Social-cognitive).
    • Questions and answers can be modified in real-time and at any time during the learning process.
